Refund and cancellation
This policy applies to paid Glowlayerhub engagements such as forecast studies, category reviews, promo assessments, and assortment briefs. Last updated 29 August 2026.
Eligibility
Fees paid for professional services may be refunded in full or in part according to timing and work completed, as set out below. Informational rate pages on this site are not invoices.
Timeframe to request
Refund requests should be emailed to info@glowlayerhub.click within 14 days of the event that triggers eligibility (cancellation confirmation or delivery dispute).
Full refund
If you cancel in writing more than 10 business days before the agreed start date, and no data intake or analysis has begun, we refund 100% of fees paid for that engagement.
Partial refund
If you cancel between 3 and 10 business days before start, or after intake has begun but before the delivery workshop, we refund 50% of fees paid, reflecting preparation already performed.
Non-refundable items
Fees for work already delivered (completed forecast packs, completed workshops, or issued assessment notes) are non-refundable. Third-party meeting-room charges booked at your request are non-refundable once incurred.
Deposits
Engagements may require a deposit to reserve calendar time. Deposits follow the same full or partial rules above based on cancellation timing.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once without fee if notice is given at least 5 business days before the start date. Later reschedules may incur a 10% administrative fee.
No-shows
If your team fails to attend a confirmed workshop without 24 hours’ notice, that session fee is forfeited and may be rebooked at the then-current rate.
Work already started
Once history clean-up or forecast build has started, refunds are limited to unused stages as agreed in writing; completed stages remain billable.
Process and timing
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution.
