Services

Glowlayerhub provides professional demand forecasting analytics for consumer goods brands, including studies, reviews, and written assessments described on this site. Descriptions are informational; a separate scope note confirms deliverables and fees for each engagement.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials we create remain owned by Glowlayerhub Co., Ltd. or its licensors. Clients receive a license to use delivered forecast packs for internal planning. You may not republish our materials as your own without written consent.

Client materials

You retain ownership of sell-through data and documents you provide. You grant us permission to use them solely to perform the engagement.

No warranty of commercial outcome

Forecasts are professional judgments based on available history and stated assumptions. They are not guarantees of future sell-through, inventory levels, or commercial results.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Glowlayerhub’s aggregate liability arising from a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or inventory write-downs beyond that limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
