Engagements

From scope call to handoff workshop

A typical Glowlayerhub demand forecasting engagement for a consumer goods brand follows four stages. Timing flexes with SKU count; the sequence stays the same.

  1. Scope lock

We confirm the category, horizon, decision date, and which retail channels matter. You leave with a written scope and fee range.

  2. History intake

Weekly or monthly sell-out or sell-in by SKU, promo calendar, and known launches or delists. We flag gaps before modeling begins.

  3. Forecast build

Base demand and promotional uplift are separated. Structural breaks are documented. Ranges widen where history is thin.

  4. Delivery workshop

Brand and supply challenge the pack together. Notes from the session become the final handoff, ready for the buy cycle.

Start with the flagship study

Most teams begin with a Demand Forecast Study. Shorter category reviews and promo assessments are available when the decision is narrower.
